Cancellation Policy
When an order can be cancelled and how charges are handled.
How to cancel
Contact the store immediately with the order number. We will try to cancel an order before picking, payment capture, or driver assignment begins.
Orders already in progress
Cancellation may not be available after items have been prepared, a delivery has started, or age-restricted or perishable products have been handled. Any approved refund follows the Refund and Return Policy.
Store cancellation
We may cancel an order because of unavailable products, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, an unverifiable address, legal restrictions, or safety concerns. When payment was collected, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original method.
