Age-Restricted Products Policy

Legal age required

Products marked as age restricted may be purchased only by a person who meets the applicable legal age. The purchaser and recipient may be required to present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.

No unattended delivery

Age-restricted products cannot be left unattended. Sale or delivery will be refused when identity, age, sobriety where applicable, or lawful eligibility cannot be verified.

No purchase for minors

Customers may not purchase age-restricted products for a minor or otherwise evade legal limits. We may cancel suspicious orders and preserve relevant records where permitted.

Fees and refunds

If delivery fails because required identification is unavailable or the recipient is ineligible, delivery fees may remain due and other refund limits may apply as allowed by law.
